When we find the car, we obtain a full description of its condition, both physically and mechanically. If this is acceptable to you, we despatch a professional driver, who will check the description and drive the car. Only when the driver is satisfied will he bring the car back to us. We then make sure the car is serviced up-to-date, has a new MOT (if required), and check all the tyres are good.

When you see the car, it should match the description perfectly. If it does not, you have every right to refuse to buy it. However, we will have made sure you have no reason to reject the car - in fact, to date, our success rate is 100%.
